Biography
An Entrepreneur Across Industries
Dato' KK Chua is a Malaysian serial entrepreneur, publisher and founder. He founded Property Insight in 2014 and later expanded into entrepreneurship publishing, awards and events, entertainment, healthcare products and record recognition.
Property Insight developed the Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards (PIPDA) and PRISM, an annual Property Investment Summit. In 2015, he expanded into entrepreneurship publishing with Entrepreneur Insight; its initiatives included 100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs (100MIYE), an annual book documenting recipients, and the Asia Halal Brand Award.
He later founded Armani Entertainment, which has launched or developed more than 20 singers and published more than 40 songs. During the COVID-19 era, he co-founded Himaya, a headloop medical mask brand, with Neutrovis.
Asia Record published its inaugural Book of Achievements in February 2025. Its official media launch and second edition followed on 16 October 2025, and the third edition launched on 27 August 2026. As Chief Adjudicator, Dato' KK Chua works with the platform to document and recognise measurable achievements across Asia.
Across these ventures, his recurring focus has been building platforms that give people, businesses and achievements greater visibility.
